Flowers are sensitive living beings, so it can sometimes happen that they begin to wither prematurely (within 1-2 days) or show other defects. We ask you to inform us about it with a photo. As you may already know, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Depending on the circumstances, you will be compensated or we will provide a replacement.

 

BREAK

If you want to suspend your subscription, that's no problem. Just send us an email in good time or give us a call. We will then take all further measures.

 

TERMINATION

You can cancel the flower subscription at any time. Either you log into your account and click on cancellation or you send us an e-mail to doll@florist.at. Of course, you can also cancel by phone. Please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before the next delivery!
